Minggl Notes can contain text, HTML, music, movies or widgets (anything allowed on a normal web page) and can be added to your profile pages at any supported Website. Once you put personal information into private Minggl Notes, only authenticated users, running a Minggl-enabled browser, will be able to see it. People without Minggl, and people without your password(s), won't even know that this extra information is on your profile. Public Minggl Notes, those without filter restrictions (password or attributes), are viewable by all Minggl users. Minggl currently supports MySpace and Facebook, but we'll be adding lots of new sites very soon. If you have a social site you'd like supported by Minggl, you can submitt that URL here!
Note: Minggl is community-policed. Every Minggl Note contains a "Flag as Offensive" button. If multiple users flag a particular piece of content as offensive, then that content will be automatically hidden until it can be reviewed. If you would like to post content that may be considered offensive by some, password protect it and give that password only to like-minded friends. Remember, at no time is it OK to post pornographic, hate-based, illegal, copyrighted, and/or other offensive content using Minggl. Minggl reserves the right to delete Minggl Notes if/when they have been flagged by the community as offensive. At Minggl's discretion, users who repeatedly violate the standards of their community may also have their account deleted or disabled.
To add a Minggl Note to your profile page:
